Originally designed as a unique 2 cabin / 2 head layout.
Current owner converted port forward cabin to accommodate convertible singe/double berth and workshop and storage. 3rd head was added. According to Jean Francois Fountaine, this was one of the finest and best equipped Bahia 46’s ever built. All installations and custom work were completed in the factory of Fountaine Pajot. This particular yacht was commissioned as the owners “dream boat” and the result of years of research and numerous trips to the factory to consult with naval architects and designers. No expense was spared to make the cruising yacht perform well with the utmost in comfort.
Ta-b first crossed the Atlantic in the ARC and placed 3rd. Since then the current owners have crossed the Atlantic twice, cruised the Mediterranean, and crossed the Pacific to New Zealand. She is currently cruising Fiji and Vanautu and New Caledonia.
